Hospitality Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is conveniently located in Xenia, Ohio.

At Hospitality, we offer 57 comfortable, semi-private rooms.  We can also accommodate loved ones suffering from various types of dementia in our secure Dementia Wing, offering cozy spaces and a separate Activities program to better meet the needs of those suffering with Alzheimer’s and other types of Dementia. 

At Hospitality Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation we feel it’s important to receive the best care while living in a home-like setting. We realize choosing a nursing home can be a difficult process and we are here to help make the process easier and help ease the responsibility of providing care.

We surround our residents with love, kindness and laughter. Our qualified staff is always available to answer any questions you may have about your care.
